Qualifications:
I studied for a BMus(Hons) at Goldsmiths College, University of London and I completed my PGCE (Music) at the University of Sunderland. After teaching for some time I was awarded a scholarship to study performance (PGDip) at the Royal Northern College of Music. As part of my studies at the RNCM I encountered Dalcroze Eurhythmics, an embodied approach to music teaching. I have recently completed my Dalcroze Certificate, qualifying me to teach using the Dalcroze approach.
This is my fifth year teaching Music at BISM. I am looking forward to the continued musical development of the children both through the Extended Curriculum and the BISM Music Academy.
