Y1 School Trip

In Year One we have been learning about endangered animals. As part of our topic, we went on an excursion to Castellar Zoo, a rescue centre with a wide variety of animals. The animals have all been rescued, usually from people’s homes. We were amazed to see, touch and feed animals including; tigers, snakes, sloths and a very friendly honey bear! We had a fantastic day and learned many new facts about some of the animals we have been studying. It was wonderful to be able to interact with such amazing animals!
