Reception Assembly

Penguin´s Attention!

The children of Reception had a brilliant time performing their Ourselves Assembly to the whole school and their families.

You could feel the energy in the hall as their children excitedly performed the songs, 5 little men in a flying saucer, Heads , Shoulders, Knees and Toes and at the hilarious climax of the assembly The Penguin Song!

Lots of the audience were in hysterics as the children and teachers of Reception danced like penguins as Miss “Colonel” Conlan shouted the instructions!

The children also demonstrated how they had been learning about themselves, talking about their physical features, such as eye and hair colour and memorably got into height order on the stage.
