Numeracy Open Day

On Wednesday 10th February, BSM opened its doors to demonstrate to parents how Numeracy is delivered from Pre-Nursery to Year Seven. The morning began with demonstrations to parents on the main strategies taught at the school before parents observed a full Numeracy lesson. During the question and answer session many parents stated they found the event helpful and they now feel more confident in supporting Numeracy homework. In addition, many parents were nicely surprised at the level of their child; there are some pretty amazing mathematicians at BSM.
