Hogar Betania - Charity Begins at Home

I am really pleased to say that our first term supporting our chosen charity, Hogar Betania has gone fantastically!

Thank you for your overwhelming generosity this Christmas….our BISM family has collected 118 presents for underprivileged children in Hogar Betania.

Not only have we been raising money and will continue to do so from various events, but the success of this month´s present giving makes a massive difference to the lives of these children.

After the Christmas Fair, some teachers made their way to Hogar Betania to give the presents to the helpers there in preparation for their big event on the 6th of January.

We also took many donated second hand toys which the children loved.

Miss Conlan organised a musical event for them where many children got involved, playing guitars and drums. It was a fun evening had by both BISM teachers and residents of Hogar Betania.
