Overview
The British International School of Marbella (BISM) offers an education based on the National Curriculum of England and Wales leading to GCSE and A Level qualifications. The education we provide is predominantly in English, following English curricula and guidelines and is based on standards equivalent to those of the best independent schools in the UK.
Pupils' academic progress is externally assessed on an ongoing basis which allows for comparison with standards of achievement in the UK and in other international schools. Our students are also able to take subjects from the Spanish system not covered in the English curriculum, which allows their studies to be fully recognised both in the UK and in Spain.
BISM offers all year groups from preschool all the way through to university entrance. Our graduating pupils go on to study at universities around the world. The A level qualification is the most widely recognised academic qualification in the world for entry to university. recognised in over 125 countries, including the UK, Spain, the US, Canada, most EU countries and across Asia.
